Manual tool grinding machine

Manual tool grinding machine is designed for keeping turret press tooling sharp.

These grinders come in two basic sizes with many options. The standard model comes with a magnetic chuck for holding the dies, and a 3-jaw chuck for holding the punches.

A graduated handwheel in .001″ increments provides for easy and precise adjustment for an excellent finish.

The 3-jaw chuck can be replaced with a shear grind/quick change chuck.

Quick-change adaptors can also be used in this chuck. These adaptors allow the tooling to be re-sharpened without removing spring packs, which saves valuable time.

A coolant tank and pump is also offered as an option on some models, standard on others
