Nibbling machine with servo-electric punching drive

The EM-NT nibbling machine series has a patented, innovative servo-electric punching drive, which unites the positive properties of a mechanical punch press with the flexibility and speed of a hydraulic high-speed punch press. The nibbling machines of the EM-NT series have considerably lower operating costs than comparable hydraulic punch presses. The virtually maintenance-free drive can be controlled with exceptional precision, and, due to the unique Twin Drive, it even exceeds the punching speed of hydraulic punch presses for certain jobs.

The servo-electric punch drive also distinguishes itself by exceptionally low power consumption, and, in combination with the 3-track tool turret, opens up new, far-reaching opportunities for forming and processing of floating contours.

Multimedia network controller AMNC for nibbling machine

The EM-NT nibbling machine series works with the multimedia network controller AMNC. This controller guarantees competent and user-friendly implementation of all machine processes, and, in combination with the capability of networking with the AMADA network and the availability of multimedia data directly on the nibbling machine, it also offers complete compatibility with all other nibbling machines that have the AMNC controller concept.

EM turret punch

The EM nibbling machine turret punch presses are compatible with all components of the modular AMADA system automation. In alignment with customers specific requirements, subsequent upgrading of an already existing punch press, is possible at any time
